1. Our app, your experience

SwitchAi is built for individuals who want generative assistance with brainstorming, drafting, and editing. We provide on-device and cloud-powered features, helpful prompts, and integrations that surface relevant suggestions while keeping the output under your control. Your access is tied to your device account (Apple ID / Google ID), and you are responsible for keeping your login secure.

2. Access & account requirements

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You must be at least the legal age in your location to download, install, or subscribe. When you register, you promise to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials current. We may suspend accounts if we suspect unauthorized activity.

3. Subscriptions & in-app purchases

SwitchAi offers optional subscriptions which unlock premium prompts, longer conversations, and improved models. The store listing shows the current billing interval and currency. All purchases take place directly through Apple or Google, so they handle collecting payment, sending receipts, and honoring their billing policies.

• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; your store account is charged unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• During a subscription period you retain full access to premium features, even if you restore the app on a different device using the same Apple or Google account.
• Price changes are reflected only in the store. If you keep your subscription active after a price change, the new amount will apply automatically at the next renewal.

4. Billing, refunds, and cancellations

Because billing is handled by Apple or Google, you must manage cancellations through their subscription settings. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the already paid period. Refunds are subject to the digital storefront's policies; please submit a request through the App Store or Google Play support page.

5. Content and responsible use

You retain ownership of anything you create using SwitchAi, but you also promise not to use the service to generate illegal, hateful, or otherwise harmful content. We may moderate, remove, or disable content and features that violate these guidelines, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that repeatedly abuses the platform.

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the app, overload our APIs, or circumvent licensing restrictions. Abusive or automated behavior harms the community and may result in losing access.

6. Updates & maintenance

We regularly update SwitchAi to improve stability, add features, and reflect emerging legal requirements. Updates may be delivered through the stores or the app itself. You agree that we can push these updates and that your continued use after an update signifies acceptance of any new terms.

We may introduce new premium tiers or special offers that replace prior plans. If an offer expires, you can continue using your existing benefits until the current billing period ends.

7. Termination & suspension

Either party may terminate use at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when required by law, to protect the service, or to respond to misuse. If your account is terminated, we may delete your data in accordance with the privacy policy.

8. Disputes & governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SwitchAi operates. Any dispute will be resolved through arbitration or small claims court as permitted by applicable law. You waive any right to a class action unless prohibited by law.

9. Updates to these terms

We may revise the Terms occasionally. We will post the new version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use after a revision means you accept the changes.
