1. The Service Experience

SwitchAi provides generative writing assistance, note organization, cross-device conversation syncing, and access to Vercel AI models. You retain ownership over the inputs you supply and outputs generated. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. AI Processing & Data Sharing

When you check the Terms & Conditions box and sign in, you explicitly allow SwitchAi to send the information needed for your requested features to Vercel AI models. This may include your message, relevant conversation context, selected files or images, audio transcripts, and connected-service information that you ask SwitchAi to use.

Vercel may route a request to an upstream model provider depending on the selected model. The applicable provider's terms, privacy policy, and retention controls apply. SwitchAi may store chats in your account for history and device synchronization.

You can turn AI processing on or off at any time from Data & Privacy. When it is off, future AI requests are blocked; existing chat history is not automatically deleted.

3. Connected Services

You may optionally connect Gmail, Google Calendar, or GitHub through their authorization flows. When connected, SwitchAi can use only the permissions granted by you to provide the requested features. Gmail can be used for supported email and draft workflows, Google Calendar for calendar and event workflows, and GitHub for reading authorized repositories and development activity. GitHub access through SwitchAi is read-only.

You authorize SwitchAi to process relevant connected-service data to fulfill your prompts. You remain responsible for the content you access, the instructions you give, and reviewing any proposed or completed action. You must not connect an account or access data without the account owner's permission, and you must follow the terms and acceptable-use rules of Gmail, Google Calendar, GitHub, and any other connected provider.

You can disconnect an integration from SwitchAi or revoke its authorization with the provider at any time. More information about connected data is provided in our Privacy Policy.

4. Access Requirements

SwitchAi is distributed through official app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). You must be at least the legal age in your region to register or purchase subscriptions. You represent that all registry details provided are accurate and current.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

We offer optional premium tiers to unlock larger token limits, faster response speeds, and advanced AI models:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Restoring your purchase allows access to subscribed benefits across all compatible devices.
• All store transaction processes, currencies, and local taxes are managed directly by Apple or Google.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You must manage active subscription cancellations directly through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with store policies and must be initiated through their official resolution workflows.

7. Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to use the SwitchAi platform to generate unlawful, harassing, or harmful content. Reverse-engineering the application, overloading server infrastructure, or attempting to bypass security constraints is strictly prohibited.

8. Service Availability & Updates

We regularly deploy patches, updates, and database maintenance. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue features to preserve system performance or follow local laws.

9. Account Deletion & Dormancy

As detailed in our Account Deletion Policy, we auto-delete user accounts that remain completely inactive for 90 days. Users may also delete their accounts manually at any time within the app settings.
