Automatic Account Deletion
90-Day Inactivity Auto-Deletion
If your SwitchAi account remains inactive for 90 consecutive days, it will be automatically and permanently deleted. This helps us maintain a clean user database and protect inactive accounts from potential security risks.
What counts as activity?
- ✓Logging into the app
- ✓Using app features or services
- ✓Making in-app purchases or transactions
- ✓Updating account information
Manual Account Deletion
You can request to delete your account at any time. To manually delete your account and all associated data, follow these steps:
Open the SwitchAi app
Launch the mobile application on your device
Go to Settings
Tap the Settings menu, usually found in the app menu or your profile
Select "Account" or "Privacy"
Look for account management options
Tap "Delete Account"
Confirm your decision when prompted
Note: You can also contact our support team at switch.aiofficial@gmail.com to request account deletion if you need assistance.

- • User data and preferences
- • Transaction history
- • Payment methods on file
- • All associated personal information
Important reminders
- • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- • You must log in to delete your account
- • Refund requests must be made before deletion

After you delete your account
Once your account is deleted, you will be logged out immediately. Your account information will be removed from our systems within 30 days. If you wish to use SwitchAi again in the future, you can create a new account at any time.
