Account Deletion & Data Removal
Your privacy and control over your personal data are paramount. Learn how to manually delete your SwitchAi account, view auto-deletion terms, and review our policies.
90-Day Auto-Deletion Policy
To keep our database secure and prevent storing unused information, any SwitchAi account that is completely inactive for 90 consecutive days will be automatically and permanently deleted. This includes credentials, history, and active subscriptions.
- • Logging into the app or CLI tool
- • Sending messages to SwitchAi models
- • Changing user preferences or settings
- • Making or renewing app subscriptions
How to delete your account manually
Open App
Launch the SwitchAi application on your active iOS, Android, or desktop device.
Go to Settings
Navigate to the profile menu or tap the settings cog icon in the top/bottom panel.
Select Account
Find the "Account Settings" or "Security & Privacy" tab within the settings menu.
Confirm Delete
Tap "Delete Account" and verify the security prompt. Your data will be wiped instantly.

What is deleted permanently?
- • User profile credentials & metadata
- • Conversations, chat logs, & local context caches
- • Transaction history record maps
- • Synced device connections & CLI keys
Important Reminders
- • Deletion is non-reversible. We cannot recover data once deleted.
- • Please manage active App Store or Play Store refunds before executing.
- • Subscriptions will automatically end and not auto-renew after deletion.
